We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all pricing model. Instead, we customize our fees based on each client’s hiring needs and volume. We offer flexible options including flat rates, percentage-based fees (which are tied to a new hire’s salary), and specialized contract arrangements.
Flat rates: Let's you know exactly what you'll pay upfront. Also provides simplified invoicing.
Percentage-based: Common industry standard, reflecting a candidates salary and level of experience.
Specialized model: With this model, you pay a single upfront fee for a set period of time (typically 3 to 12 months), and we work continuously during that time to deliver as many qualified candidates as possible—this is similar to your internal recruiters role and is ideal for high-growth or high-volume hiring.
Yes, we offer a replacement guarantee to give our clients added peace of mind. If a hire doesn’t work out within the agreed-upon time frame, we will replace the candidate at no additional cost.
The length of the guarantee period is flexible and depends on the specific terms outlined in our fee agreement, ensuring it aligns with your hiring goals and expectations.
Please note: Our replacement guarantee applies only to flat-rate and percentage-based contracts. It does not extend to our specialized model.
The timeline can vary significantly depending on several key factors—the role itself, the location, the urgency of the need, the required skill set, and other unique hiring considerations. While some positions can be filled in a matter of days, more specialized or senior roles may take several weeks.
We work closely with our clients to set realistic timelines and keep communication open throughout the process to ensure efficiency and alignment.
In a retained search, a recruiter is paid upfront (in full or in part) to fill a position, typically used for high-level executive roles. The recruiter is often given exclusive rights to the search and works closely with the client throughout.
In a contingent search, which is what we prefer, we’re paid only when a successful hire is made. This model aligns our incentives with yours—we’re motivated to deliver results quickly and efficiently without locking you into a long-term commitment.
